Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be issued a credit note for any items returned after this time. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in map gift shop being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost.
Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of the packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Your right to cancel the contract or “Cooling-off Period”
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products purchased online.
